In many cases, a technical question or malfunction can first be assessed remotely by our Support Desk. Using Smart Connect and real-time monitoring, our specialists can immediately review the crane’s technical status. This allows the required action to be determined quickly and often prevents unnecessary service visits.

If an on-site visit is required, the Service Desk takes over the coordination and schedules a Service Engineer. If parts are needed, the Parts Desk ensures that genuine Spierings parts are available as quickly as possible.
