The Support Desk uses Spierings Smart Connect. This platform enables our specialists to monitor the crane’s technical status in real time and immediately determine the appropriate course of action.

With live insight into fault notifications, crane status, and lifting load, issues can be diagnosed more quickly. In many cases, this eliminates the need for an on-site visit or allows a Service Engineer to prepare as efficiently as possible.

In many cases, a malfunction can be diagnosed or resolved remotely. If an on-site visit is required, the Service Engineer already has the necessary information in advance. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we coordinate directly with the Service Desk to schedule a Service Engineer. If parts are required, the Parts Desk ensures that the correct genuine Spierings parts are made available as quickly as possible.
