With live insight into fault notifications, crane status, and lifting load, issues can be diagnosed more quickly. In many cases, this eliminates the need for an on-site visit or allows a Service Engineer to prepare as efficiently as possible.
Smart Connect also enables software updates to be carried out and, where necessary, crane settings to be adjusted safely and remotely. This ensures your crane always benefits from the latest functionalities and continues to perform at its best.
