3.6. Application form

Retention period for application data

Spierings Mobile Cranes processes the personal data of Data Subjects on the basis of one or more legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation:

7. We do not sell your data
Spierings Mobile Cranes will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Parties to whom personal data is disclosed are themselves responsible for complying with privacy legislation. 10. Data outside the EU
Some of our suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional measures where necessary.
11. Under the age of 16?
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian.
